What is the return policy of POWER UPS
.
Returns for incorrect sizes may be accepted within 7 days of purchase , if still in original packaging. We only accept returns for other items or a credit note. The buyer agrees to cover the cost of postage for a returned item. We will assess refunds on a case by case basis.
We accept returns for size exchanges and faulty products only. Items that are returned must be in 'as new' condition. We do not accept returns on items which have been Dropped or damaged. Returns must be actioned within 7 days.
Refunds are only given for faulty items. In any other case we offer store credit.
We will always work with customers to resolve any issues :)
What are the surge-only outlets for?
Non-critical and high power consumption equipments should connect to surge-only outlets so that critical equipments connected to battery-protected outlets can last longer during power outages.

How does a UPS with higher power factor benefit users?

UPS is rated both in VA or Watts. Exceeding the specified VA or Watts will cause the UPS to overload.

Modern servers and networking devices are equipped with Power Factor Corrected (PFC) power supply, whose pf is as high as 0.98. It means if power supply is rated at 100VA, it is also rated at 98W.

UPS with 1000VA/900Watts can support nine (8) of such devices.

UPS with 1000VA/700Watts can only support seven (6) of such device
